WooCommerce Wallet – Simplify Payments and Refunds with Ease
WooCommerce Wallet is a powerful plugin that enables a seamless wallet and refund system within your WooCommerce store. It allows customers to make purchases using funds they’ve already deposited into their account, while also giving store admins the ability to refund payments directly to a user’s wallet.
Wallet Dashboard
By default, the wallet dashboard displays only those customers who have previously used wallet transactions. However, you can modify this setting to show all registered customers.
Admin Wallet Controls
Store admins have full control over customer wallets—they can manually add or withdraw funds, or even lock specific wallets to restrict checkout access when necessary.
Fund Management
Admins can quickly and easily add funds to any customer’s wallet directly from the backend dashboard.
Refund Management
With the refund feature enabled, users can request refunds, which can then be approved or declined by the admin. Refund percentages are fully customizable via the plugin settings.
Transaction Logs
Every wallet transaction is logged. Admins can view and filter transactions by user, and customers can track their own transaction history from their WooCommerce account page.
Cashback Rewards
Assign cashback values—either fixed amounts or percentage-based—to individual products or variations. This adds a loyalty-building incentive to each purchase.
Partial Payments
If a customer’s wallet balance is insufficient, they can still use the available amount for a partial payment. The remaining balance can then be paid using any other available method.
Credit Products
You can offer wallet top-ups through special “credit” products. Simply create a product with the desired value and assign it to the WooCommerce Wallet Credit category. These products remain hidden from the public shop view.
Deposits & Top-Ups
Enable users to fund their wallets through a deposit form by adding the shortcode [fsww_deposit] on any page or widget area.
